FlowQix Broadcast — Effective May 30, 2026
FlowQix LLC ("FlowQix," "we," "us," or "our") operates the FlowQix Broadcast mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
Contacts and CRM data. You may enter contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, birthdays, notes, and pipeline stage information about the people you do business with. This data is stored on your behalf to provide the CRM functionality you signed up for. You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis (such as an existing business relationship, consent, or another basis recognized under applicable law) to collect, store, and use information about those individuals, and for honoring any requests they make to access, correct, or delete their information. See Section 11 for details.
Photos. With your permission, the app accesses your device camera to take profile photos of contacts ("selfies"). These photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage and associated with the relevant contact record. We do not access your photo library without your explicit action.
Activity logs. The app records outreach activities you choose to log (calls, messages, meetings) to help you track your follow-ups.
Device information. We collect a randomly generated device identifier for license validation and analytics. We do not collect device hardware IDs, IMEI, or advertising identifiers.
Usage analytics. We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data (screens visited, features used) to improve the app. Analytics never include contact PII.
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security policies ensuring that each organization's data is isolated. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information in this policy may be shared as described in Section 4, but this exclusion applies specifically to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS opt-in records include the phone number, the method of consent (verbal, web form, existing customer relationship), the date consent was obtained, and any subsequent opt-out events. This data is retained to demonstrate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and is used solely for the purpose of sending messages the recipient has consented to receive, honoring opt-out requests, and responding to regulatory inquiries or consumer complaints.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We will verify your identity before processing the request and will respond within 45 days as required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; the agent must provide written authorization and we may require verification directly from you.
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone number, account ID), commercial information (contact records, pipeline activity), internet activity (usage analytics), geolocation (coarse, from IP address), professional information (job title, company), and inferences drawn from the above. We do not collect biometric information, sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary, or information about minors under 16.
Categories of sources: directly from you, automatically from your use of the Service, and from third-party services you authorize us to connect to (e.g., Project Broadcast).
Business purposes for collection: providing the Service, authenticating users, syncing data across devices, improving reliability, and complying with legal obligations.
Categories disclosed to service providers: we disclose personal information only to the service providers listed in Section 4, and only for the business purposes described, under contractual obligations that restrict their use of the data.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
FlowQix Broadcast is a tool that you use to manage relationships with people you already do business with, prospect, or otherwise have a legitimate reason to contact. When you add a contact to the Service, you act as the controller of that person's information and FlowQix acts as a processor on your behalf. As the controller, you are responsible for:
