FlowQix Broadcast is an invite-only app. Your organization admin will send you an email invitation with a sign-in link. Tap that link on the device where you've installed the app, and you'll be signed in automatically. If you didn't receive an invitation, check with your admin or contact support.
FlowQix Broadcast is distributed privately to approved organizations and is not listed in public App Store search results. Your admin will send you a direct App Store link to install it.
FlowQix Broadcast works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later, and on Android 8 or later. There is also a desktop web app at your organization's FlowQix URL that runs in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
On mobile, tap the Contacts tab, then tap the plus icon in the top right. Enter the contact's name, phone, and any other details, then tap Save. You can also add a profile photo by tapping the avatar at the top of the Contact Details screen.
Open any contact, tap Edit, and scroll to the Source, Location, Status, Invite, or Tags sections. Tap an existing label to apply it, or tap "+ New Label" to create a new one — FlowQix Broadcast will create and apply it automatically when you tap Save.
From the Contacts list, swipe left on any contact to reveal archive options. Archived contacts aren't deleted — you can restore them later from the All Contacts filter.
The fastest way is from the Dashboard: tap the "Log a Call" button or tap any of the three progress rings to pre-select a call type. You can also log a call from any contact's details screen by tapping the call icon.
The 3-3-3 goal tracks three initial calls, three follow-ups, and three Zoom (or meeting) calls per day. Meeting all three targets triggers a daily celebration. You can adjust the call type labels in Settings if your workflow uses different categories.
The default daily goal is 3 per call type. Customization of this target is on our roadmap — email support if you'd like to weigh in on how this should work for your team.
On the desktop web app, drag the contact card between Kanban columns. On mobile, open the contact, tap Edit, and select the new stage. Changes sync to every signed-in device automatically.
Yes — pipeline stages, colors, and order are configurable per organization. Contact your admin or email support to set up custom stages.
No. If your connection drops while you're editing a contact or logging a call, FlowQix Broadcast queues your changes locally. As soon as you're back online, everything syncs automatically. Note that some features — such as creating new labels or moving pipeline stages — require a live connection.
First, pull down to refresh on mobile, or reload the desktop tab. If the discrepancy persists, sign out and sign back in on the device showing stale data. If it still doesn't resolve, contact support with a short description of what you're seeing.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive an email with a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder; if it's still missing after 5 minutes, contact support.
Email privacy@flowqix.com with the subject "Delete My Account." We'll verify your identity and delete your account and associated data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each organization's data is isolated via row-level security policies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
FlowQix Broadcast is sold directly to organizations, not through in-app purchases. Your organization admin handles billing and licensing. If you have a billing question, check with your admin first, or email support and we'll route you to the right person.
